Having used the QuestSoft tools to build HMDA reports for current year and missed past year, I can say that is has saved me so much time and effort to be worth nearly any costs. Getting tasks to gather and build HMDA reports for years of failed reporting was not something I looked forward to doing, but being able to use the QuestSoft tool to verify the data as we dug it up was great.

Questsoft saved our HMDA process. I cannot imagine using Encompass to generate a LAR. The edit checks are great for Ops to get the HMDA checks right. Plus, as an Admin, I am able to have my users use one password from the PW Mngt setting. The updates and communication are great from this company. Support is awesome...you call and get a HUMAN...pretty quickly. Haven't had to use support very often...but when I did...great support.

Great support and awesome technology. I have been using for over 15 years, and it significantly cuts down on the amount of time I spend on HMDA.
