Implementing the SmartFees tool is one of the single most cost effective compliance decisions you can make. The amount of time and money saved by having the correct fee values entered in correctly, early, accurately, and automatically is unbelievable.

5 Accurate fees adn closing cost estimates save time
Worked with SmartFees, a fee management tool, from Closing Corp. In general it worked well, but there were edge cases where the data was not accurate. The LOS integration had some known issues that could not be addressed, however, I do believe it saved more time than it lost so it was worth having correctly estimated taxes and closing fees. Would recommend!

5 Great Service
I was a HERO when I configured this to my Sales staff. The service pulls in appraisal fees (from our AMCs), title fees from various 'in network' title companies and recording fees based on the location of the property. Very little to no service disruption in 3 years. Sales rep and account rep are awesome and keep in touch. They saw our volume increase, so upon contract renewal they reached out to give us an annual license vs a per loan cost. Support is quick to assist when needed too.
