4 User Interface
I wish there was a better UI for this within Encompass. Everyone has to use their own credentials.

4 Good and Bad
We use for the Work Number. It took a year to find out who our rep was. Once we found her, things got better. Things flow between systems and DU/LPA. I wish the cost was a little less, but it is a cost of doing business. Support outside our rep is/was lacking.
