4 Good tool, lacking in areas

I have found the BeSmartee platform to be adequate for what we have needed it for some far. As with most tools, there are places that I have seen lacking which for me, mostly at this time, is integration. The team I joined already had BeSmartee setup and running so I was not a part of the implementation or user interface setup. I have found their support team to be responsive and helpful.
