We switched to UCS for credit reports and saved money by doing so. The training was excellent and the ability to control user setup and permissions is much better than our previous provider. Our rep is hands on! The service center does not have voicemail...so you'll get a HUMAN. They have a Fast Track email box for quick and simple things like splitting joint reports or unfreezing scores. They do other services that we have not engaged on...yet. Highly recommend!
