5 The Gold Standard
I've worked with Snapdocs at two separate companies - once while they were very green with Encompass, and most recently when they were more established. Both experiences were wonderful. Amazing support, great customer managers, and the willingness to constantly improve and get better. They're the gold standard in eclosings and have the market presence to be the best.

4 Great company to work with
Fast implementation and the process was just as described by sales. The only thing I would say is the upload back into the eFolder is a bit clunky as it does not go into each desired placeholder but they are working on it. Also the inability to include attorneys in the review process is a negative for us but they are also working on that I believe. Overall though pretty happy with it.
